Our 12–24 kV CT series covers a broad range of applications and environments. Highlights include the long-established EWF-20 series — a 24 kV epoxy-resin-cast CT with over 20 years of proven field performance — alongside outdoor metering ERCTs, multi-ratio bushing CTs for withdrawable switchgear, indoor CTs for polluted-air environments, CTs for SF6-insulated MOF switchgear, and dual-core cast-resin CTs with a U-groove design. Our materials focus on durability, with Indoor models utilizing Huntsman Araldite® epoxy resin insulation and outdoor units featuring UV-resistant cycloaliphatic epoxy resin for long-term environmental durability.


Units can be manufactured to IEC, IEEE, and other international standards, with customization, outdoor variants, and ODM/OEM services available on request. 


All units are type-tested and routine-tested through a TAF-accredited (ILAC member) laboratory. We offer a wide range of specifications alongside customization and ODM/OEM services, making these CTs a proven choice for utilities, factories, and major infrastructure projects worldwide.

EW-10SH

Intended for a 12 kV (max.) power system and suited for measuring or monitoring instruments, this coil molded current transformer with a cut core is insulated with Araldite® epoxy resin. With a fine exterior, this medium-voltage current transformer for indoor use is compact and easy to install.

The EWF-10D Series two-core current transformers are designed for 12 kV (max.) power systems and intended to be used with measuring (or monitoring) instruments and protective relays. Insulated with Araldite® epoxy resin, these current transformers meet the requirements of all major electrical standards. In addition to superior insulation, these products are also characterized by high mechanical properties and excellent resistance against moisture.

EO-10SC Series - Single-Core & Two-Core Types 

Intended for 15 kV (max.) power systems, the EO-10SC Series current transformers for indoor application are available in single-core and two-core types. With a rated primary current of 500~3000A (single-ratio or multi-ratio), these current transformers are insulated with Araldite® epoxy resin and can be used with measuring or monitoring instruments, or for protective purposes. The window-type design facilitates installation and wiring with a busbar or a suitably insulated primary conductor, decreasing the occurrence rate of contact point failure. Characterized by excellent physical and electrical properties, the EO-10SC Series current transformers have consistently met with a high level of customer satisfaction.

These indoor-use, epoxy-cast current transformers for 20~24 kV power systems are designed to be used with energy meters or protective relays. Available in single-core, two-core, and three-core models,these CTs can be custom-made to meet various specification requirements (e.g. burden and accuracy) and electrical standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE). Special designs and features may also be requested. Insulated with Araldite® epoxy resin, these products are characterized by a high level of moisture resistance, electrical performance, and mechanical strength.

EWF-20DI

This two-core current transformer is designed for a 20~24 kV power system and to be used in conjunction with measuring or monitoring instruments, along with protective relays. Insulated with Araldite® epoxy, this indoor-use current transformer is designed with a “U-shaped top”, which creates distance between the primary terminals and other equipment. This design increases electrical safety and shortens the necessary distance between two current transformers that are installed side-by-side, thus reducing the required width of the switchgear panel.

Intended for power companies, the MOF-24 current transformer is designed to be mounted inside the SF6 gas-insulated MOF (Metering Outfit) panel of a 25.5 kV (max.) power system. With two primary coils, the current transformer offers two current ratios while maintaining the required accuracy and burden rating at each current ratio. Insulated with Araldite® epoxy resin, this indoor current transformer offers excellent electrical performance and high reliability.

This two-core current transformer is designed for a 20~24 kV power system and is intended to be used in conjunction with measuring or monitoring instruments, and with protective relays. Insulated with Araldite® epoxy, this indoor-use current transformer is designed to have greater creepage, allowing the current transformer to be provided to regions with harsh environmental factors such as high humidity, salty air, dust, etc.

CR-20S Series - Single-Core & Two-Core Options

Designed to be installed in a switchgear panel of a 25 kV (max.) power system, these current transformers can be used in conjunction with measuring or monitoring instruments, or with protective relays. The insulation material for the core and the secondary coil is Araldite® epoxy resin. The window-type design facilitates installation and wiring with a busbar or insulated cables, decreasing the occurrence rate of contact point failure. With excellent insulation and a high degree of moisture resistance, the CR-20S Series current transformers can perform in locations of high humidity or moderate pollution. These lightweight and economic CTs are quick and easy to install.

With a rated accuracy and burden of 0.3 B-0.9 (IEEE), these multi-ratio bushing current transformers (bushing CTs, or BCTs) are designed for draw-out circuit breakers and to be used with measuring (or monitoring) instruments or protective relays. Able to meet the requirements of 24 kV draw-out circuit breakers made by various manufacturers, these current transformers are cast in Araldite® epoxy resin and offer excellent moisture resistance, superior electrical performance, and high mechanical properties.

AWF-12, AWF-24, AWF-36

Intended for 12, 24, or 36 kV power systems, these outdoor-use current transformers for revenue metering are insulated with Araldite® UV-resistant cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. Able to withstand solar ultraviolet radiation without deterioration in electrical performance, these current transformers are suited to long-term outdoor usage.


This product range has been supplied to power companies in numerous countries of tropical maritime climate, where these current transformers have been exposed to high moisture and salt spray for more than 20 years while continuing to function with stable quality.

AWF 12, AWF-24, and AWF-36 current transformers are available in various classes of accuracy (0.15S, 0.15, 0.2S, 0.2, and 0.3) and have a burden rating of B-0.5. In addition, they can be offered as Extended Range Current Transformers (ERCT)* if requested by the customer.


Mainly used as part of an MOF (Metering Outfit), these current transformers can also be used for current monitoring purposes.

* The ERCT specifications enable the CT to maintain its rated accuracy and burden rating while measuring 1%~150% (or even 400%) of its rated current, surpassing the usual metering-class requirement (5%~100%).
